Recovery of money from builder

UPRERA had issued Recovery Certificate in July'2022. Did not receive any money so far. How to get the money.

you have to file a execution certificate it will take 3 4 months you have to see the limitations period under the up rera act go to the portal login and trace the relevant column or see in form m and n for compensation to be dealt with ir is in the act

Dear Client, UPRERA dwara July 2022 me Recovery Certificate (RC) jaari hone ke baad bhi paisa na milna chintajanak hai, isliye ab District Magistrate (DM) office se builder ki sampatti attach karwane ya High Court me Writ petition daair karne ki jald kanooni karwahi ki zaroorat hai. RERA kanoon ke tehat is recovery ki prakriya ko tez karne aur aage ki thos strategy taye karne ke liye aap hamare sath ek legal consultation appointment schedule karein, aur meeting me apne RERA orders va RC ki copy zaroor sath layein. for recovery of money you have to writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court to get recovery Certificate executed from the District Magistrate Concerned and thereafter serve the copy of judgement to the DM for compliance of the order.

you need to file the excution order also you why do you need record will and report authorities for money back, you can fill it online and offline. secondly depends on particular state but the process is same.
