Recovery of land from tenants staying for 20 years

Dear sir mere land par koi other person karib 20years se raha hai because I don't know this land is my ansisters property. But in this time I have all documents related to this land. So I want to free my own place to them legally. So please help me

Friend someone you made home at your land which u never know that the same belong to ur ancestor. You need to file a suit for declaration of title in the civil court which falls under the same jurisdiction. In the meantime keep your papers ready.
