Record (Mutation) Present but No deed or other documents

Can I buy a land where owner has mutation (record) in his name but no land Deed available. She is an widow and inherited the property from her husband. She did her mutation by applying online. Please help.

dear client as per your query since mutation is not done so you can tell her to apply for it but it's necessary to deed on her name as proof that she is the owner of the property and that deed is registered..

Even if there is no land deed you can go ahead with buying the property and you can apply for the registered copy certified copy of the land deed from the concerned registry office and so you can go ahead with buying a property please contact us for more details
