Received notice from Tahsildar to vacate property

My owned property is already in DRT case as third bank is claiming for my property. (Fraud is been done with the third bank for which they are sending notice to me) .since my husband lost his job during covid, I'm not able to pay my housing loan Emi and now I've received a notice from Tahsildar to vacate the property in 15 days as I owe to my bank & not paid EMI's. Can I go to the bank directly and ask for settlement against my property. Value is greater than loan,will I get balance settled amt
If you are unable to repair the loan you can offer one time settlement to the bank officials and settle the issues with the bank.. you can simultaneously offer the proposal to sell the property and repair loan amount. Silsila talathi has sent the notice for we getting the premises within 15 days 8 appears that there are already attachment order again the property. In these circumstances you need to first challenge the order before the appropriate court an obtain a stay order from the appropriate court and only then things can work.
