Received lawyer notice to clear pending dues

I rented a house using NestAway and signed rental agreement between me and owner there NestAway acted as agent.
From the begging i am paying rent properly as mentioned in agreement but right now received email with attached lawyer notice to clear the dues which is levied by NestAway apart from home rent and nothing is mentioned about these charges in rental agreement.
I am not willing to pay those charges which is from NestAway.
Please suggest me the next step for lawyer legal notice.
Please share the copy of the agreement entered between you and owner and nestaway you need to reply to the said notice through a lawyer at the earliest. feel free to contact me for further guidance if you need. without looking into documents it's difficult to anyone to guide you
