6member compromised in vacation Court by admitting no remaining copartner or joint family reamaning it there then it's there self acquired in 1997,formed revenue record accordingly few members sell major part then 4among6mens filed partition suit against my grand father (RAILWAY EMPLOYEE) by saying joint family property of remaining, my grand father made giftdeed excluding property in above compromise iteam, during suit pending even injection order is there, IS GIFTDEED IS VOID.Even made objection for changing revenue documents in me and my brother.
