As per Hindu succession act daughters also entitles equal share in the property. your grandmother has no right to gift the property to you which fall to the share of her three daughter . She can gift only her share in the property.

Hi,
As the property is of your grand father and your grand mother is not the complete owner to write the property in your name and it is not valid that she can write the 100% property in your name. Yes she can give her part of the share to you. If you want then you take the consent from all the legal heirs i.e daughters and their sons by relishing the property in your favour .
