Query pertaining to Property tax and invalid construction

I purchased a flat in 2010 june as resale flat. Previous owner told that as completion certificate come in 2010 he does not have any property tax. But since then I haven't received any tax or i can't even see my name in pune municipal property tax site. Whereas all other society members name is there on site. I don't understand whom to ask for and I m scared that I might have to pay around 1 lac rupee as fine for not paying tax till this time. Adding to it 2 of my bedrooms are shown as terrace in map but they are properly built bedrooms by builder itself. Regardless it will be treated as illegal construction.

As you are the owner of the property from 2010, you need to highlight the issue to the municipal corporation that there is propogating error from the beginning and your name should be displayed as the owner to the property that you hold and taxes appropriated accordingly.

Hello, you may approach to tax authority at PMC and submit form no. 6 along with your application stating all your facts also you may issue legal notice against the said builder stating all your greviences. Nothing much to worry it will get regularize.
