What is the procedure if I want succession certificate that give equal parts to all family members?
Can a petition filed by a family member or by all family member if we want equal shares?

The first thing is that there are differences between legal heir certificate and succession certificate if you need a legal heir certificate then you have to approach the concerned district magistrate for legal heir certificate and if you are want to get succession certificate then you have to file the petition before the concern Court to get the succession certificate
