Query about daughter getting share from father's property

my grandfather has died in 1995 he had own 3 or 4 immovable properties.My father is 10 brothers and 2 sisters,after my grandfather's death one of my uncle tranferred power of attoney on his name that time my grandmother was alive after so many years of disputes my father wants his share but everytime he asks for,he(my uncle) always refused by saying that he has nothing...even he took my mother's jewellery of her marriage,at my parents marriage both my grandparents were alive after their death we asked so many time to get back that but sometime he says its in a bank locker or kept it as mortgage..... i am confused what to do we are facing so many financial problems please advice me what can i do i'll be very thankful i am belongs to a hindu family
