Purchasing flat in rooftop floor

Found a rooftop/5th floor flat for sale and planning to purchase it. Is it completely legal to have a flat in that position in chattarpur. It is registered as wel. Dont want to fall into any traps. Got the papers and i can send it if needed.
We would advise you to get the documents verified by sharing the title chain of the property. Further advise you to get the title search conducted through a lawyer with the sub registrar office before buying the property

You need to check the height of the floor bcoz Bses n DjB are not giving connection to the height more than 15.5 without parking n 17.5 with parking …there is also some dispute pending in the court for Chattarpur regarding Bses connection
