Sir,
Is it legal to buy property at Village Bhanauta (Tehsil-Dadri)? Is mutation done there for the plotting from agriculture land? Can govt acquire the land without the consent of the owners? What if the govt acquires the land, how much will be the compensation?

this will fall under the land acquisition act govt will give fair compensation you can buy property which is agricultural land if the govt acquires the land the compensation will be calculated at the market value

you can buy property anywhere and if it is acquired the government will compensate it on the mutual agreement and concern of 51% of farmers and it can be mutated if land owner seller belongs general cast

Properties are legal in Bhanuta depending which properyare u looking to buy.
Mutation is done after the registry but only for those which are free from any dispute presently mutation work is taking long time at Bhanota.
Govt can acquire without ur consent if other owners surrounding u alhave given their consent. compensation is fixed given for agriculture land and not for plots.
