I want to purchase a property whose legal owner is mother in law , but she has given power of attorney to her son ,who is my husband,for sale right of the property.
Can me as wife purchase from husband legally?
Does husband another brother or sister have legal rights to cancel sale deed because it is their mother property and they have right too?
Yes, you can legally purchase the property provided your husband is acting under a valid and subsisting registered Power of Attorney that expressly authorizes him to sell the property and execute the sale deed. The sale deed should be executed by your husband as attorney of your mother-in-law, not in his personal capacity.

You can legally purchase the property executed by your husband, provided he holds a valid, registered Power of Attorney specifically granting him the authority to sell the property on behalf of his mother. if the property was bought/acquired by your mother-in-law through her own earnings or individual title, she is the sole and absolute owner. Children do not hold any inherent right in their living parents' self-acquired property.
