If the property is purchased by selling ancestral property means of course you have right in that and your father cannot deny your right though it is registered in your father's name. The burden is on you to show that when you father has sold ancestral property and collect those documents which shows the details about the family property. Regarding contribution of your money to the property purchased by your father in this also burden is on you to prove you that whether this is stated in sale-deed or do you have any proof to show that you have transferred money to your account etc. There are lot of issue involved so please consult an advocate.
