Hello Sir/ Madam, A purchaser can issue a public notice even after purchase of the property but it doesn’t cure defects in title or avoids false claim in future. The public notice can be given in newspapers.

Hi sir, As per your query, if you are satisfied with the title of the property after verifying the required documents it is better to give paper publication. required documents are property no, full adress and shedule of the property. it is advisable to give public notice before purchasing a site. However, after purchase of site you can put a pla cardinfront of your site stating that tresspasser will be prosecuted. after purchase of site public botice is not advisable. you are giving a chance for public to raise the claim even if they are not aware you willale them aware
