Property transferred from grandfather to father can daughters claim ?

We r three sisters, two r married n m the youngest unmarried. The house in which we stay was trfd from my grand father to my dad. After my dad's death, we all sisters signed Noc and trfd house to our mom. Now my mom is in critical situation bcz of her chronic desease. My grandmother and her daughters( 3 bhuas) are saying after her this property belongs to them only as it was owned by my grandfather. Plz advise what shud we do.

You have not mentioned how the property came to your father I.e was it by way of a WILL?
Because if it was by way of a will your buas (father's sisters) will have no claim after the death of your father.
Please clarify for correct appreciation of the facts.

Just confirm the title first, from the registration office, you may move the case of declaration of title and prove your title in court of law in such a case before case is filed issue a two month notice to the parties and then move appropriate court according to value of the property.

As you stated in your question in this circumstances your mother is absolute owner and after her death you all legal heirs may become the owner as successor and no person except you brother or sister can claim the right and interest in the property. If your mother is in possession the she should file a suit for declaration of title.
