Can someone transfer his property to his brother's daughter without stamp duty?? And if not can he transfer his property to his brother and then him to his daughter and is it legal to do so.

the transfer of immovable property is exempted from stamp duty in haryana,
you can transfer the property in your brother's name and then he will transfer the same in the name of his daughter.
