Property transfer to one brother can other claim once transferred

We live in a house with three floor, a ground floor is for my grandmother and my elder brother and his wife and in 1st floor my dad mom me and my younger brother and 2nd floor my father brother and his wife live. My grandfaher transfer all their property to my elder brother but in nagar nigam and all house tax is for my dad name.. Now my father brother is always mesh with us for any stupid reasons and don't leave our house and they want to transfe his floor to his name. What should we do.. Plz suggestion
sir these are main family issues which peoples are facing these days if the property is in name of your father so its on the will of your father whether he wants to gve the property to him or not .The main reason behind this issue is the property only.If your uncle ignore your prayers you can approach to nearby polocestation or filed a criminal complaint against them .

File a civil suit of you want to make you dad's brother to leave the house and if your grandfather has already transferred the property to your bother ...nothing can be done by your dad's brother ....its your brother's wish if he wants to transfer te property to anyone or not ...unless your grandfather creates a dispute ....
