Property transfer query - deceased case

Dear Team,
Can you please advice how to get the property transfer after parent passed away? It is a flat in the name of my mother in a cooperative housing society. They have left a nomination in my individual name. What paperwork and formalities are required here? Please advice.
you need to get a succession certificate or legal heriship certificate from the court to get your ne transferred in palce of your parents since there in no will or gift deed made by them that too registered so you to carry out these procedure and then everything will fall in place easily
