Property sold by fraud how can I get back the property

actually my grand father sister have a property,we only legal heirs, we dont property papers but recently some local agent came and take my mother singh on sale deed and registerd our property on his name on 2013 and he sell to another one on 2015, what should i do plz advice me, we are very poor to heir a lawyer plz help me

you will need to file a case of cheating and fraud and also file a case in the court to declare the sale deed signed by your mother as invalid and also request the court to declare the subsequent sale also as invalid.
No worries. Every court has a Legal Services Authority where the court appoints lawyers to fight your case free of cost. the lawyers will get paid by the court. Kindly approach the legal services authority in your district court.

You can file suit for cancellation for sale deed in concern court. you are having good case to contest.
supreme court while dealing this type of cases clearly held that FRAUD VITIATES ALL.
FRAUD AVOIDS ALL JUDICIAL ACTS, ECCLESIASTICAL OR TEMPORAL.
