Property rights of 1st wife son in fathers property

I am son of my father 1 St wife now my father get second married after death of my mother in temple not in court. Now father 2nd wife is pregnant. Can I get whole property of my father and 2nd wife have any right in property and right to appeal in court. ( Father property is self acquired and my father is live)
This is my response to you:
1. Both the second wife and her children have right over the property;
2. Best option for you is to ask your father to make a Will in your favour after his death;
3. Or during the time of father being alive, he can execute a Gift Deed in your favour.
4. It is better you take earlier steps otherwise the property share will be equally divided between you and your step mother and her children.
