Property rights after deceased father and his son

21-Dec-2024 (In Property Law)
Hi, My father is expired without a will. My mother and father has a joint property. My brother is also no more and now i am the only child. Brother was married and he has two kids (Son and daughter). Can my mother make a will for whole property? Or my brother wife and kids also have a legal share in the property? My father wish was to give his property to his grand son and daughter only due to bad behavior of daughter in-law? Is this possible?
