mera delhi ka makan sell karna hai hum PUNE mai hai. Papa ki death k bad SMC Certificate mai Meri mother Sister aur mera name add Hua hai. Sister married hai aur chota bacha hai to wo aa nahi sakti sign karne k liye to kya option hai sister ko delhi na ana pade Power of Attorney use kar sakte hai kya aur pune ki Attorney delhi mai chal sakti hai ya nahi.

In that situation what can be done is power of attorney after made and attested there can be posted to delhi and that will be valid to be used here in delhi and then it will be used to sell off the property.

Yes she can release one registered SPA In pune n send across for further sale on her behalf. Moreover the property details need to evaluated before sale for smooth transaction. aapke facts k according GPA chal jaegi leking Gpa ko registered hona zaruri hai. gpa lene par aap unke behalf pe bech skte hai, lekin unke share ka paisa unhi k khaate me jaega. gpa se aap sirf signing aur pesh krne ki authority le skte hai
