TWO LANDS A AND B. OWNER SOLD LAND A TO ME. BUT IN REGISTRATION THE PLOT NUMBER WAS MISTAKENLY MENTONED AS LAND A FROM THE OFFICER AS LAND B. OLD OWNER WANT TO CORRECT THIS HOW CAN I DO THIS. WITHOUT PAYING HECTIC FEES TO GOVERNMENT.

You need to execute a rectification deed through the owner.... Both of you must be present amount will be minimal and get a new document in your name.....ensure that the new sale deed mentions property details clearly

yes you can get it done but for that the original owner has to come and execute a rectification deed in sub registrar office, there will be normal minimum expenses for rectification of deed, so contact the owner and get the deed rectified.
