17-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Once a property (i.e., land or house) is registeted under gift deed, can the donor has rights on the property? Or the donor has rights to gift it second time without consent of first donee.

Gift must me accepted by the donee. Once gift accepted by the donee you can not revocate the gift. Unless the gift is revocable.. If the donee doesn't accept the gift you can gift to others as the gift is not valid in the eye of law.. It is the proper course to approach civil court for any gift deed to cancellation

If the gift deed is executed by the donor with possession and absolute rights. In favour of donee, the donee will become the owner by way of gift deed. The donor cannot claim the property again and cannot execute the gift deed with respect to the same property to others.
