Hi
You will need to transfer the property in your favour now. The process for the same is You’ll need a surviving member certificate after which you will need to mutate the property in your own favour. You will also need NOCs from all other legal hires.
Please feel free to get in touch in case of further clarification.

The succession in this case will be governed by Hindu Succession Act. Section 8 stipulates as to whom the property will be devolved in case of a male died intestate. Younger brother can claim not his wife. You may contact for further advise

Your father’s brother or his wife can’t claim anything but your real siblings, your mother & you are default class 1 legal heirs.
Either u can get the property relinquishment from them ..that’s the best option. If not then u can only entitled to recover your amount ..
