Property purchased by father being claimed by cousin brother

MY FATHER PURCHASED PROPERTY(LAND) IN JEHANABAD KURTHA, BIAHR IN 2014 FROM ONE OF THE CAUSIN BROTHER BUT BECAUSE OF SOME PARTITION ISSUE ANOTHER OWN BROTHER OF MY MY FATHER 'CAUSIN BROTHER SUED THE CASE IN ARWAL CITY SAYING THIS THAT PROPERTY IS MINE NOW ALSO HE WON THE CASE FROM ARWAL PLACE BY GIVING SOME BRIBE TO JUDGE, NOW WE DONT KNOW WHAT SHOULD WE DO FURTHER .OUR LAWYER SAYS THAT CASE ANOTHER FILE FROM MY OWN PLACE AGAIN.BUT MY QUESTION IS THAT HOW CAN WE GET RID ALL OF THESE THINGS LIKE IT WILL BE GOING ON AGAIN AND AGAIN. PLEASE PROVIDE SOME MEANINGFUL SOLUTION
once you have taken the recourse to the court, there is no another option than to file an appeal against the present order of the court.Alternatively, you can short out the matter through the Panchayat or mediation
