Property ownership after grandmother's demise

15-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandmother, who died recently, has a house in Delhi where her son and his family is staying. She also has 4 daughters (all married). She didnt transfer ownership of the house to anyone. I want to know whether I (her son's son) have any share in it or not. Also, if there is any ownership transfer issues, can I make a stay order on the said property?

you as a grandson surely have a right to your grandmother's property. more so, since she has not left a will or any such similar document bequeathing her property to anyone. there are chances of stay being granted. you may surely puruse thr chances.

Son's son can claim his joint and undivided share in the said property through his father as his father is having share in the intestate death of her mother. But there are so many other things which needs attention and discussions in this matter. meet me for further consultation.
thanks
