Property name change and transfer ownership

The property is in the name of my father's grandfather. Need to change the name to my father and my name. Few documents are present but dont know what are those documents called. Need legal advices for that

As per your query in law rato if u want to change the name of the property into in your name and your father name then dead certificate of your grandfather is required and also 1st class magistrate affidavit.

in my opinion without detail discussion and without review of the property documents proper consult is not possible.
so, in my opinion proper consult is possible only after detail discussion and documents review.
