property inheritance after my mothers death

my mother expired in june 2002 my uncles have fraudently deleted her name from the 7/12extract in 2015 .how can i claim her share of the property

If your mother's name was fraudulently deleted from the 7/12 extract after her death, you can file a civil suit seeking declaration, cancellation of the illegal mutation entry, and partition/possession of her lawful share in the property. If you can prove the fraudulent deletion, the revenue records can be corrected and your mother's legal heirs can claim her share.

You will first have to send a legal notice to them along with all the proof and will have to file a complaint against your relatives , first we will have to look into the matter then we can figure out how to proceed further.

please file the case before the tehsildar or Sub divisional officer from which your 7/12 extract belong, with all necessary documents or you can take advice from advocate or patwari/talathi of your Village.

If your mother was a legal co-owner/co-sharer of the property, deletion of her name from the 7/12 extract does not by itself extinguish her ownership or inheritance rights. The legal heirs of your mother may claim her share, subject to the title documents, nature of the property, succession applicable, and any valid transfer or partition. You should obtain the relevant 7/12 extracts, mutation entries, title documents, and death certificate, and challenge any fraudulent mutation before the appropriate revenue authority. If necessary, a civil suit for declaration and partition may also be filed. Where is this property located? If your mother’s name was already there then kindly send me the 7/12 extract picture you can get it done without approaching the courts.. just need enough proof that she was originally a part of 7/12 or if not that then how she become a part of that 7/12 extract (pidhi Nama) not very difficult dear 9️⃣9️⃣5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣7️⃣0️⃣0️⃣7️⃣9️⃣
