my mother expired in june 2002 my uncles have fraudently deleted her name from the 7/12extract in 2015 .how can i claim her share of the property

please file the case before the tehsildar or Sub divisional officer from which your 7/12 extract belong, with all necessary documents or you can take advice from advocate or patwari/talathi of your Village.

Q: what I do should change pan but pan card ask for full father name

I am from Maharashtra state board so on my educational marksheet father name is not mentioned separately, it's included as my middle name like - pawar sanika mukesh (here mukesh is father name) But on my pancard father name is mentioned separately as - mukesh pawar (with surname) now my company as me to enter father name according to pan card for background verification which I did but now I want to fill epfo,nats,bank I am confused should I enter his name as mukesh or mukesh pawar

you can enter the Name as mukesh pawar. but if you want to correct the PAN card please visit NSDL website and apply for online by selecting the name correction by uploading all relevant to correct documents and submit with the nominal fees.the updated correct PAN card will come at your address by post.

you have to correct the DOB from NMC office birth and death department, you have to get hospital records such as birth summary to correct the birth certificate.please apply for the correction after getting these documents.

How does the court treat fatal errors on date and time of the incidence and also description of dress worn by the complainant recorded on FIR and remand notice. the error is so fatal that it completely changes the importance of a NC which was filed before the manufactured Pocso sec12 case was even registered.

Compare the FIR, NC, remand papers, medical report, statements recorded under Sections 161 and 164 CrPC, and all documents forming part of the charge sheet, and prepare a list of the contradictions.During cross-examination, confront the prosecution witnesses with these contradictions.In the final arguments, contend that the prosecution has failed to prove its case beyond reasonable doubt due to these material contradictions

Q: Notarized will can be useful without paying stamps duty

Sir in my case my father want to transfer property (flat) to me (son) through will can notarized will valid after death of my father whether I have to pay any stamp duty or registration fees after death of my father to transfer name if I made notarized Will there is nobody to challenge his property

Under Hindu law, a Will should ideally be registered. A notarized Will does not carry the same legal value. Therefore, it is advisable to get the Will registered. The registration charges are quite low, usually around ₹1,500–₹2,000.
