Hello sir, i'm hindu and i 've question? Meray papa key step father nay ek property purchase ke delhi mey. Aur unhoney yeah property( g.p.a ) kay through apnay orignal son aur meray father( yani step son ) kay name transfer kar de. But uss property kaa orignal kabja unkey orignal betay (son) kaa hey. But uskay orignal papers hamaray pass hey? In that situation unka beta hamay hamara share nahi dey raha hey. Please sir aap iss ka koi samadhan batay?

I have read Ur question which is a major dispute of property between Ur father and his step brother.
As u said Ur father is already denied the property from side of his step brother any how u have got the original documents in Ur fevour in this condition u can get the property in Ur hands but the way is only through court .
