Property eviction suit against daughter in law

My grand mom owned a bunglow of 3 storyes.died now.has 3 sons 3 daughters.Her 1 son died Before her. The married life of died son was not happy which resulted into bitter relations between his wife n other in laws. After the death of her son, she legaly gifted her 2 storyes to her other 2 daughter in laws.For rest 1 storey (where her deseased son's wife with 2 daughters resides) she did the registered WILL, which includes the ownership of that storey on her 3 daughters.she made property vacant case on her widow daughter in law(she's financial independnt lady)been 2yrs how long this case runs??

Or cannot be said that hope long this case run?
First of all, have to seen what the stage of the trial, then how many witness are there, other parties want to end this case early or not means they are cooperating in the proceedings on time

There are so many things have to seen before saying that hope long this case run..

There is no specific time line for such suit, it depend on the basis of corporation / proceedings of parties and advocates, and of course the nature of the court.
However, it has been seen that such type of cases disposed of within 4 to 5 years.
