Property doesnt have a drivable way what to do neighbours not helping

13-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir, I have a property along with an old house in Kerala. But it doesn't have a drivable way. My neighbors are not ready to give me a drivable way. We are using one feet wake path for more than 30 years. I recently appreciated bank for a housing loan, they refused to give loan due to non way land. I would like to know any law which will protect me to get a drivable path?

It is not easy to get a drivable path ,if the adjacent land owners are given to you.You have only option buy the land from the owners for accessing a vehicle to your property .Other wise the Pathway can use for your ingress and agrerss. No person can obstruct your path way.

You will get a drivable way if you move in a tricky way. Otherwise it is difficult to get drivable way . In my considered view after the perusal of the question I can say that law is against you. .....

Admittedly, you are having an easement right to approach your property. But only that it is only a pathway, a footpath. There is no way in which the easement right could be enlarged to that of a motorable road.
