Property distribution on stamp is valid

I want to know we are five brothers and we have divided the property on 10 rupee stamp aggrement alsmos 10 years ago. Now I have problep with my share because majkr share they posses can I clain for it again. Proprryy is registerered in the name of f all the brothers. Stamp is notary.
No the said agreement is not valid as the same is not registered before Registrar of Properties. You need to have a partition deed registered in between your brother's then get it registered by paying appropriate stamp duty and then only individual ownership of divided property can be claimed by brothers.
