Respected As you informed in the facts, there is a WILL. After your father demise the share will be distributed as per WILL only. Therefore, in case if no bequeeth is made out in WILL they dont have any claim over the property. Even though the property is fathers name, the WILL come into exisistence immediate after his death. You can proceed as per WILL only. In case they want to claim the property they need to challenge the gunvinity of the WILL before a court of law. Need discussion to answer your question. If legal assitence is required you can contact us.

If it is your self acquired property and if he has executed Will as per wish then you can't claim any right in the property. If you doubt the Will was not executed by your father then you can challenge that Will by filing a suit.
