Property dispute under section 79A

27-Oct-2024 (In Property Law)
In 2015, my father purchased a 37-gunta plot near Mysore intending to develop it as farmland. However, after completing the registration, we discovered it was classified under Section 79A of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, and the RTC lists it as government property. We need assistance to rectify this and have the land status updated accordingly.

you should first get the related order of revenue authorities to classify it as government property. apply for certified copy of the same and then contact me. also send me the sale deed of the year 2015.
