Dear Sir,
My father purchased house in the name of my step mother. After the death of my father , she is denying entry to our house.The property was built up by my father and a house loan was also tahen by my father for building the house.
How to get back my share of property?
since the property is on the name of your step mother and now she is denying you to enter in the house after your father death ofcourse you have the right to live in that house you have to file civil suit
