PROPERTY DISPUTE of my grandfathers house in Indore

Hello
My Grandfather had a house in Indore the plot area is 5460 SQ feet
My father had 5 brothers and 3 sisters including him
my father is 4th child of the family
two of my uncles and two of my aunts are no more
two uncles and their family are staying in my grandfathers house
One of my uncle is not ready for distributing the property
And original Documents of the house is also not with me
Please guide me what can we do for getting our share in property
My admant uncle is not giving us our share nor leaving the house
you can issue legal notice to uncle regarding the property matters, and also please confirm me about the the namantaran procedure Nagar Palika Nigam, on whose name the house is Nagar Nigam documents, for further more detailed discussions just contact us

You can file a partition suit in Civil Court, Indore for division and partition of ancestral property. For this you need to draw a family tree of your grandfather till the last survivor of ur grandfather including all of 5 Brothers and 3 Sisters and there living Legal Representatives.
Than you need to make them all as party to the partition suit.
