Here is a thing we have been living here from past 25 years in Delhi but my parents are living from 45 years now . The place where we are currently living we have no papers or registery because my grandmother bought this from a local property dealer at her time and he didnt give any paper and took money and ran away . So at that moment my grandmother decided to stay because she and already gave all the money . And now my grandmother has passed away so is there any chance to get any solution .

You can claim the right in the property. You peoples are living there for around half a century and undisputedly must have paid all bills like electricity, water etc. and definitely having documents which establish that you are a resident. Under such circumstances you can take the transfer of the property.
