Proper Registry, GST and khasra allocated, and now government calling

Dear sir,
I and many family purchased the villas , we have done proper registry, paid GST and loan approved by LIC. Now authority destroyed our severe line saying this is illegal colony..
Why government first do registry for any property and then later on call it illegal and troblem the coman people who pay taxes.
Registry is done only to show registered ownership of a land, plot or house. Registry or registrar office has nothing to do with whether the flat , plot or colony is legal or illegal.
Registry is done on the declaration of seller and purchaser that the property is being sold or purchased by mutual consent.

REGISTRY IF LAND DOESN'T MEAN RHAT CONSTRUCTION MAY ALSO BE ALLOWED BY THE RELEVANT AUTHORITY. IT IS THERFORE YOU SHOULD CHECK THE BY LAWS IF RELEVANT AUTHORITY ALSO.
