Process of cancelling the registration of a club made forcefully

I am Hindu. My father has a land . All the documents we have in our favour of that land. Some persons made a club room on that vacant land by force. Now they register the club under society registration act of West Bengal. Is it possible to cancel the registration of that club.
Yes you can file a civil suit for recovery of possession from the club as they are trespassers and no legal title to remain on your plot. You also have to lodge an F.I.R with the local P.S for taking action in the matter.

Yes cancellation is ver much possible if your documents proves your ownership and if you have clear title then you can move before appropriate legal forum. First you have to submit a written complaint before the concern police station. So for the written complaint do take the help of a lawyer .
