Process and overall charge of filling court case for share In property

Dear Sir, I am from Delhi , my we have a property in my mother's name, my both parents passed away a few years ago. We have four siblings : Two brothers + two sisters, one of our sister also passed away last year. Now her son lives with us. Currently we are not in touch with our 2nd sister due to her unreasonable demands and I also don't know her present residence as she doesn't want to disclose. Now I want to settle this issue as I want to claim my share. Please help me to understand the process this issue , step by step and also the charges approx..

Sir, in order to claim your share you can either file a partition deed in the SDM court if all the legal heirs and co-parceners are ready to settle the claim or if all the legal heirs and co-parceners are not ready you can file a partition suit in the respective court, depending upon the value of your property involved.

As per tour query it is matter of hon'ble court where proper petition is to be file in order to get desired relief. You may contact us to get desired relief from the court at reasonable cost.

As per which Ur willing to get Ur share from the parenteral property which u all brothers and sisters have einhereted from Ur parents.in this regards first u have disclose the asset values according to which then only we can suggest u in a better way.
