Procedure to transfer nominee status to son

16-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
My expired Parents appointed me (son) and 02 sisters as nominees of the flat. Can I in turn transfer my nomination to my son, who is 21 years of age ? I am a Christian by religion.

Dear Client,
Considering this property is in Co-operative Housing Society, You along with your sisters are just the nominee, not the owner.
Hence only after you become the owner, you can transfer your rights to anyone you wish.

Greetings. Yes you can apply to the society for your nomination i.e. in the name of your son. fill the nomination form and submit to the society. you are eligible to appoint your nominee for your share in the flat. thanks.
