Procedure to Transfer House in Mother's Name after Father's Death

My parents have a house in Kolkata. My father died in Bangalore few years back without any will. I don't have any sibling and I want to transfer entire kolkata house in mother's name. Please explain me procedure for this. Myself and mother live in Delhi-NCR now, so if we come to Kolkata, can this procedure be done within 3-4 days ?
