My father is missing, we have registered a case in police station from past 5'years. What to do in case of the property transfer. I am from hyderabad.

Once you gave report in police station regarding your father missing and police come to conclude that not traced then you can mutate your name in govt.records for the property of your father provided obtaining NOC from other heirs if any

As long as you are in possession, you can protect your right, interest from any 3RD parties. What is the status of police report? You have to file Suit for Declaration based on above facts seeking the court to declare you viz. all legal heirs as owners of the property.
