Procedure to get the release certificate of plot

I want to know the procedure to get release certificate if a plot having more owners Suppose a plot registered with a person who dead and his 3 brothers has right to sale those plot and i purchasing a small part of those plot who.has right to salee those land how to know about this details plz help

I would like to inform you that check the true landowner name through khatian, mutation receipt and current receipt. Have the family certificate from the sons and check it out that whether that son belongs to landowners. Thereafter, make a signature of all sons in Sale deed so that he can not challenge about sale deed... Feel free to call me and give your valuable feedback..

Your question is not clear. There is no concept of Release Certificate. If you intend to purchase, it is advisable ask all the persons to jointly sell it or ask them to be witness to the sale deed to avoid future problems.
