First, publish ad in newspaper and then get court orders to disown your son from your property.
Second, make a will if you want to give your property to someone else like a trust or some other relative.

If the property is self acquired, the son has no right in the property after her turns 18years. If you want to just him from your self acquired property, you need to publish a public notice in two local newspapers. After that, as an additional safeguard you can get the notice endorsed through SDM for proper execution.
