You have to file the suit for declaration before the civil court to declare yourself as owner on basis of adverse possession after suit will decreed then you become the legal owner then you can apply for loan on the grounds of Judgement passed by the court.

You can not get loan on adverse possession of land better to go and approach concerned registry to rectify the survey number if not file in court to get correct survey number after placing all necessary documents

In your case you have to file a suit for declaration in the local court where the property is located and even the Revenue Authorities should made a party to the case and you should show documentary proof like Power Bills, Property Tax and physical possession over the property.
