Procedure to apply for partition of ancestral property

We have a joint family, my father died and agricultural land is in name of my grandfather who is no more. Grandfather have tow son one is my father and another one is my chacha .We are two brother from our father and they are two brother from our chacha. The problem is nobody agree for the partition. Can I alone apply for the partion and what is the procedure?

Of course you can apply by your self. Those who agree are to be made plaintiffs and those who don't agree are to be made defendants. For the partition suit, you have to pay the Court Fees as per the norms that is to be calculated on the bench mark of the said land.

Your uncle is dead or not...? And you are belongs to which community because in our India different law has their,so if you belongs to HINDU then as per HINDU law you can sue a case for partition to get your share by CIVIL court...For any other discussion please call.
